1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GoKwik Network mobile application and related services (collectively, the “App” or “Service”), operated by MobikPe Fintech Services (“GoKwik Network”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

By installing, accessing, or using the App, you:

2. Changes to These Terms

4. Account Registration, Security & OTP Login

5. Virtual Balance, Cloud Mining & Rewards

GoKwik Network provides virtual coins / points / balance through cloud-based mining and other in-app activities (collectively, “Virtual Balance” or “Coins”).

5.2 Nature of Virtual Balance

You understand and agree that:

  1. Virtual Balance is not real money and not legal tender.
  2. Virtual Balance is not a cryptocurrency and may not be listed or traded on any exchange.
  3. Virtual Balance exists only within the GoKwik Network ecosystem and may only be used in ways described in the App.
  4. We may, at our sole discretion, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue the reward system, including Virtual Balance, at any time.
  5. Earning or holding Virtual Balance does not give you any ownership rights in the company, the App, or any assets.

We may impose caps, limits, or changes to how Virtual Balance is earned or used, with or without prior notice.

6. Wallet & Internal Transfers

The App may include an in-app wallet that stores your Virtual Balance and allows internal transfers to other GoKwik Network users.

You agree that:

  1. Wallet and transfers are internal features only and do not represent bank accounts or payment services.
  2. You cannot withdraw Virtual Balance as cash or cryptocurrency unless we explicitly provide such functionality in the future (and even then, it may be restricted to certain regions).
  3. We may review and reverse suspicious transfers, or freeze accounts involved in suspected fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
  4. Any Virtual Balance remaining in your wallet may be forfeited if your account is suspended or terminated under these Terms.

7. Referral Program & Rewards

GoKwik Network may offer a referral system where you earn additional rewards for inviting others.

By using the referral system, you agree:

We reserve the right to cancel or adjust any Virtual Balance gained through fraud or abuse of the referral system.

8. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not:

  1. Use scripts, bots, emulators, or any automated tools to interact with the App.
  2. Create multiple fake or duplicate accounts to increase mining, referrals, or rewards.
  3. Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the App, servers, or security features.
  4. Use the App to upload, send, or distribute viruses, malware, or any harmful code.
  5. Use the App for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activities.
  6. Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity.
  7. Use the App to harass, threaten, abuse, or harm other users.
  8. Sell, rent, or transfer your GoKwik Network account to another person.
  9. Attempt to bypass limits, caps, or restrictions placed on your Virtual Balance or mining.
  10. Use the App in any manner that could disable, damage, or impair our services.

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of your Virtual Balance.

9. User Content

The App may allow you to submit, upload, or share content (text, images, usernames, messages, etc.) (“User Content”).

By posting or submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

You grant GoKwik Network a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and modify your User Content only for operating and improving the Service.

We may remove or disable any User Content at our discretion if we believe it violates these Terms or applicable law.

10. Third-Party Services & Ads

The App integrates third-party services such as:

Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to:

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely as permitted by these Terms.

You may also delete your account voluntarily via the in-app Account Deletion option. Deletion will permanently remove your personal data and may also result in loss of any remaining Virtual Balance.

13. Disclaimers

You expressly understand and agree that:

  2. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure at all times.
  3. We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including:

Your use of the App is entirely at your own risk.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and MobikPe Fintech Services regarding your use of the GoKwik Network App and supersede any prior agreements or understandings relating to the App.
